How-to-Glaze-Your-Pot:
1. Select your glaze. The glaze color in bottle will look different on pot. You can see true color online.
2. Rinse off your bisque ware.
3. Select correct sized brush and rinse it off. (There may be some glaze left from the last person or just dust from the room.)
4. Dip brush into glaze and begin working in the inside of your pot. Three coats (going in different directions). Do not overlap brush strokes.
5. Glaze outside of pot--3 coats (going in different directions). Do not overlap brush strokes.
6. Wipe off any glaze that is on the bottom of the pot.
Objectives:
*Putting finishing touches on your Lidded Themed Pot.
*Continuation of clay rattle.
*Glaze any pots that came out of the kiln last week.
