FOCUS: Write definition in sketchbook/notebook.
Banding wheel: a round piece of wood or plastic that can be easily turned.
DISCUSSION QUESTIONS: How can we create texture and patterns in clay? If you are completed with glazing and coil pot you may create a texture sphere set. Create a round ball of clay about the size of a bouncy ball and stamp texture into the clay. Try also creating stamps. Put in locker to dry.
OBJECTIVES:
*Begin/Continue Coil Pots.
*Focus on Craftsmanship.
*Glaze (3 coats in different directions).
*Create a set (4-8)of clay sculpture texture spheres.
